How far is the hotel from the main station?
Hotel National is only about a 3-minute walk from Koblenz main station.
When can I check in?
Check-in is possible daily from 2:30 to 6:00 PM.
What about a late arrival?
A self check-in machine is available for later arrivals. Please contact us in advance by email or phone.
When is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is there free WiFi?
Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
Is breakfast available?
We offer a breakfast buffet that can be booked at the reception upon check-in.
Where can I park?
On the surrounding streets, parking is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM as well as on weekends and public holidays. Alternatively, a paid parking garage is available at the main station (approx. 250 m). More under Parking.
Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.
How do I pay for my stay?
Payment is made at the reception upon check-in. When booking online your credit card only serves as a guarantee and is not charged at the time of booking.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival. You can optionally add Flex cancellation up to 10 days before arrival (surcharge €10, non-refundable).
